Data controller

Data we collect
- Account: e-mail, first and last name, phone, country, language.
- Participants: name, date of birth, weight, height, health declaration.
- Licensed skydivers: federation, licence number and expiry, jump count, reserve repack and AAD dates.
- Orders and payments: services, amounts, transaction references (never card numbers).
- Messages sent through the contact form.
Purposes
Managing bookings, organising jumps safely (weight and age determine equipment and supervision), processing payments, sending confirmations and, if you agreed, club news. We do not store detailed medical questionnaires: only your declaration is recorded.
Recipients
PACMA staff, our payment provider (Tiki, via the payment institution Chari Money), our hosting and e-mail providers, strictly within their missions. No data is ever sold.
Retention
- Bookings and participant records: 3 years after the service.
- Accounting records: 10 years.
- Sign-in codes: 10 minutes. Inactive accounts: deleted after 3 years.
Cookies
The website only uses a technical session cookie required to sign in. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
