1. Scope
These terms govern the online sale of services by Parachute Air Club du Maroc (PACMA): tandem skydives, AFF first jumps, AFF courses, jump tickets for licensed skydivers, video options and gift vouchers. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and jumper account
Bookings are made from the jumper account, created with an e-mail address verified by a one-time code. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided for each participant. A booking is confirmed upon payment; a confirmation is sent by e-mail.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices include all taxes and follow two separate price lists: the non-resident price list in euros and the Morocco-resident price list in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), with proof of residence.
- Payment is made by card with 3-D Secure authentication; payment provider: Tiki, via the payment institution Chari Money. It is charged in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and the exact amount is shown before you confirm the payment.
- A deposit may be required depending on the period; the balance is then paid on site or online before the jump.
- Federation licences and insurance required for AFF are paid on site.
4. Participation requirements
Each participant must meet the age, weight and health requirements stated on the website and provide a medical certificate where required. The chief instructor may refuse boarding to anyone who does not meet these requirements; the price is then refunded except in case of false declaration.
5. Weather and rescheduling
Jumps depend on weather and flying conditions. If a jump cannot take place safely, it is rescheduled free of charge to another date in the season or converted into a credit valid for twelve months.
6. Changes and cancellations by the customer
- Date change: free up to 48 hours before the slot, subject to availability.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the jump: full refund or credit.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the jump: credit valid for twelve months.
- No-show: the service is due.
7. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the season: until the last day of the current season (the first Sunday in April), or of the following season if bought between seasons. The expiry date is printed on the voucher (for a purchase made today: 4. huhtikuuta 2027). They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
8. Video and photos
The video option must be chosen when booking. If a technical incident prevents filming, the option is refunded.
9. Liability and insurance
Skydiving involves inherent risks. PACMA applies the safety procedures of the French Parachuting Federation. Participants sign a waiver and take out a licence-insurance suited to their activity on the day of the jump.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of Béni Mellal have jurisdiction. Contact: contact@pacma-maroc.com.
